By using Atlas of Feels ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

The Service

Atlas of Feels is an emotional expression platform that visualizes shared feelings on a 3D globe. The Service is provided by Andean Bear Studios, based in Switzerland.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service

Content guidelines

When sharing feelings, you agree to:

Be authentic — share genuine emotions
Be respectful — no hate speech, harassment, or threats
No harmful content — no promotion of violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
No spam — no commercial promotion or repetitive content

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and to suspend accounts that repeatedly violate them.

Your content

You retain ownership of the feelings you share
By posting, you grant us a license to display your feeling on the globe and include it in anonymized aggregate data
Individual feelings are removed from the globe after 24 hours
Anonymized, aggregated mood data may be used for research purposes

Research use

We may share anonymized, aggregated mood data with academic and research institutions. This data:

Cannot be linked to any individual
Contains no personal information
Is used solely for studying collective emotion patterns

Intellectual property

Atlas of Feels, its design, and its technology are the property of Andean Bear Studios. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee continuous availability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes shall be resolved in Swiss courts.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
